Apollo
6.5 year male,
Wanting a new home through no fault of his own

Has been returned to breeders Chris & Carl Issitt.

Apollo has been with us for 3 weeks now, he is a well mannered, large strong willed dog. At the moment he is still entire but will be castrated. He has settled in with our three bitches, but was used to being an only dog with his last family.

Apollo came from a home in a built up area and has been used to older children, however, he can be unsettled around visiting children. His recall needs some work and he can be easily distracted with scent around our walks (living on the edge of a large shooting estate).

He does not like small dogs, as he was attacked quite badly by a Staffordshire bull terrier as a youngster. There was a cat in the family but the cat was moved on as Apollo had an allergy to it.

The original owners were at home all day, so he has not been left for any length of time, although seems relaxed enough with our dogs when left, couple of hours at a time.

We would like to see him homed with someone who has had a weimaraner male before :-

If interested please email Carl or Chris
